How to form a HABIT: One author suggests that days 1-10 are the hardest to change and you want to quit, but it is only 10 days. Days 11-20 are still difficult, but less so. Days 21-30 are essential for making the habit part of your lifestyle. So if you are joining me .in my 30-day exercise challenge .. keep it up, you should be past the most difficult part already. If you haven’t started, just remember it is only 10 days of pain. After that it gets easier.

I just finished day 13 of my 30 day challenge. Just completed my 7th day straight and received my 7 days in a row badge! I want the free stuff that comes with the two-weeks in a row badge.
